Alhamdulillah.... milik kami.

Ingat tak cerita Ogos lepas yang cerita pasal tuan rumah kerek tu?
Goodbyeeee... sekarang RUMAH TU tak berpemilik baru lagi.. tu lah, eksen sangat!

Lepas kejadian tu, abah dina cari rumah lain.
Owner pun senang keccek kirro... deal harga rumah, terus byr booking RM1000 & kita proceed dengan Loan Bank.
Kita tak apply dgn LPPSA walau kita kija gomen... lambat kowtssss!

RUMAH KAT TUMPAT YANG KITA TAK JADI BELI.. OWNER KEREK SANGAT!

Bank cakap 2mggu boleh tau results tp oleh sbb kita beli rumah 2nd (TAPI RUPA MCM RUMAH BARU HOKKAY).. lambat la skit!  Takde CF so kena bg bill2 api air.

1st submission, penilai bg harga 100k jah.. hoiii marah giler kitorg (termasuk owner).
Mana kita nak cari balance lg nak byr tu?  Takmo lah buat personal loan!
Kitorg semua protes kat MANAGER BANK terus!
 Siap bawak mertua & abang ipar tengok umah
Tunjuk kat FB.. ramai terpesona kekonon rumah banglo... kikikik teres je lah!

So buat 2nd submission... penilai bagi 135k... fuhhh lega!
Kita apply loan 133k jah dah bg pulak 135k, kita terima je hehe.

Dina tido pulop... takpe nanti kita gi lagi ok!

Setelah selang sehari duk follow up dgn MANAGER BANK itself,
maka luluslah ia!  RUMAH TERES SETINGKAT BETUL2 BELAKANG HOSPITAL PASIR MAS MENJADI MILIK SAYA.... cheeeewah!
Umah kita kaler perpel... sebelah pun pepel jgk sbb owner ni adik beradik tp sebelah tu takde garaj huhuhu!

Kita apply 17tahun tp bank kata takleh.. kena 18thn.. elelelele rugi belah bank letttewww kalau kita amik kurang tahun.  Tu pun mula2 dia kasi 30tahun loan.. hoihhh takkan nak pencen dalam hutang kotsss, khennn?!

Semua bilik kaler ijau.. kaler peberet makkssss!

Petang ni baru nak gi sign agreement dgn lawyer & byr kos guaman / tukar nama semua2 tu!
Fuh mengalir wang tunai banyak neh.

Tapi takpe.. kita tengok apa akan jd dgn rumah ni k?  Yg penting kita tak pindah sini le!  Heheheh!

    tapi lama sangat bayar loan.
    akak dulu ambik loan 10 & 11 tahun jer
    lepas tu guna akaun 2 kwsp utk kurangkan prinsipal setiap tahun.
    dapat langsaikan loan 7 tahun jer

    1. Ohhh bestnya kak buat dlm 11 tahun je.. tak sakit pale pikir nak byr utang lama2 nih.
      Tp sy takde kwsp dah kak.. kita masuk pencen so lps pencen baru dpt settle loan umah ni sob sob.
